Trini, We had a PINK TIE FRIENDS meeting last night and wondered how you are doing. We are here for you, you know that. Please let us know if we can do anything for you. We all love you and we are praying for you and your family.
We are trying to get the PTF ready for another year of educating the public about our existance and to earn more money so we can support those with a need. We have negotiated a contract with Martin Memorial to treat our patients and now we need to move on to the HCA Hospitals. We are planning several events for the fall and getting ready to do another Calendar. You are such a resource for us, please let us know of any thoughts you have to make us grow and be a better service to the community.
I enjoyed your Easter pictures. Keep them coming. Go Girl!!!

Trini,

Your last posting was AWESOME!

You are right about the chemo room being the "therapy room" because the IV drip is not the only therapy we receive!

This entire blog is quite courageous and generous on your part... because so many people want to know how you are truly doing, physically and emotionally, yet don't wish to call for fear of being intrusive... this way so many others can continue to stay posted with your progress! We have a NEED to know how you're doing! : )

So thank you for the GIFT of YOU to all of US!!!!!!!!!!And we will continue to hold you all close in our prayers!!!!

God Bless,
Aileen and Ken Pruitt

Hi Trini,
I work with your sister Traci, who is a great nurse and individual, and she has told us about your blog. It makes me feel like I know you when I read about your experiences. I would like to share some words of encouragement with you.
Held in God's Hand
Fear not for I am with you.
Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you;I will help you. I will uphold you with my victorious right hand
Isaiah 41:10

We (Steve, Ryan, Mazie, Malori and me) had a great time with you, Luke and Mom and Dad. I even got to go to chemo one day - not everyone can come home from Spring Break bragging about that!!
The kids love cousin Luke- swimming in the pool, going to the beach and fighting over the rules in kickball.
Trini you are doing great! I hope we were a good distraction for you. You have quite a following in the PACU at Crawford Long - they keep up with your blog better than I do!!! I am so proud of you and love you tons.
Traci
*You better be walking -October is going to be here before we know it-60miles!!

Trini, I am so in shock...I didn't know your cancer had come back. I want to help you and your family. Can I have Luke over my house on days you feel too sick, or is anyone trying to fundraise money for these $6,000.00 shots? What can I do?
Your strength and confidence is so wonderful, I bet you still give your beautiful smile to everyone who needs it!
Please let me know how I can help. Clean house, cook some meals, watch Luke, fundraise...anything!
Love
